1/ Our services
Bare pitchThis is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motor home.
Your stay is calculated from a basic package which includes the pitch, the person(s) foreseen according to the package, your installation, your vehicle and access to the reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets,...) are not included in the package and will be added to it.
Comfort package: 1 pitch 90 m2 for 2 people, 1 motorhome, 1 caravan or 1 car with a tent and electricity
Privilege package: 1 pitch 96m2 with river view or close to facilities for 2 people, 1 motorhome or 1 car with a tent with electricity
Premium package: 1 pitch 100 to 130 m2 for 2 people, 1 motorhome, 1 caravan or 1 car with a tent with electricity
Rental accommodation
Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation 2 to 6 people), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to the reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Your accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you leave. Your wishes for a specific pitch or accommodation on the campsite can only be fulfilled if we are able to accommodate you on arrival. Handing over of the keys at 3 p.m. for the rentals Departure at 10 a.m. max.
Additional activities
Any free or paying activity mentioned in this document may, in certain circumstances beyond our control, be modified or cancelled on your arrival on the site. We cannot be held responsible for this.
Supplements
Whatever the formula adopted, additional costs will be charged for extra vehicles, animals, visitors...Our prices include VAT, but do not include the tourist tax. The tax is charged at the same time as your accommodation. It is payable at the same payment dates. It cannot be changed or reimbursed on arrival at the site. For others, it is payable at the same time as the balance of the stay (30 days before your arrival on the site).
Methods of payment accepted. For the deposit as well as for the balance, you can honour your reservation or your stay by the following payment methods : bank cheque, holiday cheque, credit card or cash. Terms of payment : All firm booking requests from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied by : payment of a deposit including 30% of the cost of the stay, 10 euros for administrative costs and the contribution for the cancellation insurance if you wish to take out this guarantee. This reservation is only binding upon receipt by the buyer of a confirmation of registration issued by the campsite.The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 15 days before the beginning of the stay. If the balance is not paid within the time limit indicated, it is considered as cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.
3/ Last minute booking
All bookings made less than 15 days before the departure date must be paid in full by credit card only.
4/ Late arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on your booking form, the total amount of the stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement for the part of the stay not taken.
If you do not show up at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will dispose of your accommodation or pitch. We will retain the costs in accordance with our cancellation policy.
6/Cancellation
On the part of the buyer
All cancellations must be notified by post or e-mail and will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter: the amount of the deposit will always be retained by the campsite less than 45 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental, the reservation fee and the insurance contribution are retained. In order to obtain a possible compensation, we invite you to take out a cancellation or interruption of stay insurance policy at the time of booking.
Due to the campsite :
If Le Buisson campsite has to cancel its rental services for bare pitches and/or rental accommodation on any of the sites listed in this brochure, any contracting party who has received his or her confirmation of stay will be informed by registered letter and will then be reimbursed in full up to the amount paid.
7/ Security deposit
For rental accommodation, a security deposit of 200 euros payment by cash or credit card will be required on arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided that there has been no breakage and the chalet has been left perfectly clean.
The campsite reserves the right to retain part or all of the sum in case of damage to the accommodation and its contents and/or equipment on the campsite and if the cleaning is not done properly.
The campsite also reserves the right to deduct the sum of 70 euros to compensate for the cleaning costs if the cleaning has not been carried out at the time of departure or has been done incorrectly.
8/ Minors
Minors who are not accompanied by their parents are not allowed on our campsite. If we notice that minors are alone on the campsite they will have to leave immediately without any refund.
Dogs and cats except category 1 and 2 are allowed
We require that dogs are kept on a leash within the campsites. Please respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite. The health booklet must be presented on arrival at the campsite. Anti-rabies vaccinations and a tattoo certificate are compulsory.
10/ Complaints
Any complaint following a stay must be made in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days of your stay.
